Accessibility statement
We want as many people as possible to be able to use TaxClvr. This statement explains how accessible our website is, what we’re doing to improve it, and how to contact us if you need support.
Our accessibility commitment
- ✅ Use the site with a keyboard (no mouse required).
- ✅ Navigate using headings and landmarks (screen reader friendly).
- ✅ Read content with clear contrast and sensible spacing.
- ✅ Understand forms and actions through clear labels and instructions.
Compliance target
We aim for our public website pages to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. We also aim to design the TaxClvr app interface with the same standards in mind.
Accessibility is a continuous process. If you find any issues, please tell us — we take reports seriously and will respond promptly.
How we test accessibility
- Automated checks (e.g., Lighthouse and axe).
- Keyboard-only navigation tests.
- Screen reader spot checks (VoiceOver / NVDA).
- Contrast and zoom checks (including 200% zoom).
Known issues
We’re actively improving accessibility. If any of the following affect you, please contact us and we’ll help.
- Some third-party embedded content (if used) may not fully support all accessibility features.
- Some complex data tables in the app may require additional enhancements for screen reader navigation.
We prioritise fixes that block core tasks: navigation, sign-up/login, entering records, and preparing returns.
